Upon acceptance of the rental contract, the security/cleaning deposit of $500.00 will be due. All wedding rentals will be considered full day rentals at the cost of $4000.00 payable in full NO LATER than 1 month prior to the actual occupancy of the premises. Checks should be made out to the “Camden Yacht Club” and should be mailed to the Camden Yacht Club, P.O. Box 204, Camden, ME 04843.
Failure to meet this requirement will result in loss of the reservation date and forfeiture of the security/cleaning deposit. In addition, the staff person on duty will be charged for at the rate of $35.00 per hour starting @ 4:00P.M. Lessee can estimate this Staff Charge and send estimation to the Camden Yacht Club along w/ the Full Rental Amount no later than 1 Month prior to Rental date. When Security Deposit is returned, CYC will either add or subtract the difference in estimated staff charge.
Non-wedding events (Social gatherings where food and/or beverages will be served between the hours of 4 PM to 10:30 PM)

Cleaning Responsibilities
Upon acceptance of the Rental Contract & Conditions , the security/cleaning deposit will be due. The rental cost must be paid in full NO LATER than 1 month prior to the actual occupancy of the premises. Checks should be made out to the “Camden Yacht Club” and should be mailed to the Camden Yacht Club, P.O. Box 204, Camden, ME 04843. Failure to meet this requirement will result in loss of the reservation date and forfeiture of the security/cleaning deposit.
The security/cleaning deposit will be refunded upon completion of the rental if, and only if, all conditions of this lease have been met. All breakage, damage, and/or theft will be accounted for from the deposit. The premises must have been restored to their prior state and have been determined by the staff person to be in satisfactory condition.
